Depending on the scope of your project, the Remodeling Consultant may present a proposal to you containing specifications and pricing at your initial consultation.  If your project requires design work or in-depth analysis, our Project Development Agreement will guide you every step of the way.

There are a lot of pieces to every project’s puzzle.  In the period before your project starts, our selection process helps you make all of your selections for your project.  During this time, we will acquire all the necessary permits for the work and conduct a pre-construction conference.  This meeting between you, your Remodeling Consultant, & your Project Manager ensures everyone is on the same page.
